Title: Procurement & Contracts Specialist - Construction - £50k
Job profile -
As part of the Supply Chain Development Team, you will design and implement procurement and supply chain solutions to meet project specific requirements. You will be contributing to the development of innovative procurement & Contract solutions for availability type programmes. To review & improve current procurement processes including where appropriate supporting improvement/development initiatives with suppliers.

This is a key role that will play a significant part in the future success and growth of the business.
Experience & Qualifications -
*Define statements of Work and agree with both internal & external customer.
*Responsible for circa £2m spend
*Understand current solution design proposals for sharing best practice.
*Define the procurement concept & develop the optimum solution.
*Produce the Contract Management Plan and support the generation of documentation for both the internal and external customer approvals.
*Define the infrastructure and organisation required for implementation.
*Ensure that Purchasing Solutions are developed to meet project specific requirements & are aligned with the strategic direction of the business.
*Security Cleared
*CIPS Qualified - desirable but not essential
