We are seeking a high-calibre Product Manager to join the Oxford Instruments Magnetic Resonance business based in Tubney Woods, Oxfordshire. You will primarily be involved with managing product marketing and development from new through to established products, whilst recommending strategic direction for a range of products and maintaining a sound awareness of the market. You should have a keen awareness of the market, technology and industry trade groups and a sound appreciation of current and future customer requirements. You will be required to manage a range of products from concept to withdrawal including writing promotional material, training sales teams and evaluating market trends. You will have the ability to articulate technical or complex issues clearly and succinctly, whilst applying professional/technical skills to meet objectives. Commercially, you will be required to ensure technical developments and other activities are clearly linked to commercial and financial outcomes. Technically, you will be required to have an appropriate science degree/discipline and professional awareness of product management best practice.
