Key Accountabilities - To support the writing of accurate food specifications by offer as directed by the menu development process. This includes design & photography requirements for POS and training materials.
- Work with the menu team to ensure all food specifications are 100% accurate and can be practically followed by Team Players to produce the target yield and product quality at outlet level.
- To support the development food offer training tools in line with templates devised by HR.
- To ensure training materials and toolkits and reviewed regularly and in line with Health & Safety Policy and operational feedback.
- To deliver relevant training modules to operations as and when required.
- To administrate all catering and operation principles Prep-planner etc.
- To support and file all kitchen templates with agreement from Operations and Food Development.
- To support the Equipment & Operations/purchasing team on the procurement of best suited and best value light/medium/heavy duty equipment to meet the demands of the business.
- To work with the services department to ensure warranty is recorded and managed.
- To manage the creation and filing of all food service factors with the Menu Development team.
- Set up and communicate all equipment trials and manage the feedback.
- To organise meetings within the food development process (checking meetings, live spec tests etc)
- Is responsible for maintaining and updating specifications to ensure costs are correct.
- To manage and deliver nominated menu projects when required.
- To deal with HEAT queries when required.
Qualifications - Food hygiene certification
- Real passion for food and drink quality

- Self motivated and can work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced organisation
- Good IT all rounder with previous experience of using excel and powerpoint.
- Willingness to learn and develop own skill set
- Experience of digital photography is desirable but not essential
- Experience of using an apple mac is desirable but not essential.
