Job Role

- Develop strategies which meet the real and perceived needs of customers
- Project management of strategies through to execution
- Review market performance and market feedback against expected outcomes. Initiate corrective interventions as required.

Strategic Development:
- Conduct detailed situational diagnostic of agreed focus area, establish current state and opportunities
- Synthesise findings, drawing conclusions and implications from data-analysis.
- Develop strategies for growth including the principle components of product, brand, customer channel (current and new), sales, distribution, procurement, inventory, technology, logistics, range, pricing, communication and people
- Align growth strategies to overarching busines
- Graduate or equivalent
- Solid experience in B2B product management / marketing roles. Ideally in Blue-chip companies
- Management of cross-functional projects within matrix / process organisation
- Experience of strategy and product proposition development is advantageous but not essential
