Production Line Manager
Responsible for the running of multiple production lines manufacturing ice cream products; you must have manufacturing experience, have a passion for quality and be conversant with process improvement and resolving process faults within the manufacture environment, as well as demonstrating an infectious enthusiasm for making improvements.
You will already have had supervisory / managerial experience, ideally in the food industry and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of working under pressure, managing production and people, so as to maximise output as efficiently and as effectively as possible, through management of resources (time, labour, materials and equipment) without compromising on safety and / or quality. At the same time you will be required to ensure that line maintenance is carried out efficiently and information is accurately recorded to ensure 100% traceability.
You will be a team player, with a flexible, approachable, and be able to demonstrate your experience and ability to communicate well, motivate and improve the performance and abilities of teams and individuals.
