Production Manager
East Midlands
£32 - 35,000
Flexible shifts covering 5 days out of 7 on PM shift (2pm til finish)
* Leading and managing a chilled Production area with an emphasise on lean practices.
* Candidates must be experienced food production professionals, ideally with chilled experience in a low risk and high care environment.
* Lead, coach and develop the team
* Meet budget requirements for labour and materials
* Deliver 100% customer accuracy and ensure quality is met within expectations
* Implement Business Improvement Plans
* Monitor and control absenteeism, sickness, holidays
* Ensure the team comply with statutory and Company food safety, health and safety policies by means of regular audits
* Ensure effective management cover to reflect production needs
* Complete root cause corrective action investigations into identified quality defects/faults.
