The candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, planning, and coordination of all manufacturing and service activities. Duties include the direct supervision of production supervisors, manufacturing engineers, material control and quality assurance specialists.
They are seeking a candidate with significant experience in successfully improving existing processes and efficiencies. In addition demonstrable results in developing and implementing a culture that encourages a customer focused approach and a desire for constant improvement.
Broad knowledge in manufacturing and precision engineering environment, knowledge in CNC machining techniques is an advantage with 5 to 10 years production management experience
A degree in engineering or an equivalent.
