Production Planner
6 Months contract
£24k per annum
Based in Morley LS27
Do you have experience of using the system SAP?
Do you have experience of supply chain planning?
Do you have the ability to understand and co-ordinate cross functional issues?
Working for a large manufacturing site based in Morley, you will be required to plan and create campaigns to ensure best possible customer service and best utilisation of equipment with due regard for lowest operational costs. You will maintain levels of inventory to agreed targets, using MRP capability converting planned orders to process orders to enable them to be planned on the production lines. You will be required to gain maximum output and maximise material yields, ensure the best customer service, liaise with material planners to ensure that Raw Materials are available for production plan, attend weekly Production Planning and supply chain meetings and provide essential monthly performance metrics.
