The Role : Production Supervisor / Production Team Leader
* To manage people, initiate and manage change and develop team
* To manage Production and ensure that schedules are met
* To ensure quality standards are adhered to and procedures followed
* To maximise production efficiencies and minimise down time
Skills / Experience / Qualifications : Production Supervisor / Production Team Leader
* The ability to foster a team working culture to develop a strong team
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
* Deep knowledge and understanding of Production Packing Processes,
* Knowledge of preventive and curative maintenance techniques
* Strong communicator
A background in FMCG is ideal - experience of Process Manufacturing
Must be PC literate.
