Production Team Leader

£20k inc Shift Allowance
AM & PM rotating shift pattern
***Preference will be given in shortlisting to applicants from a Food Manufacturing background***
My client is looking to add to their busy production area a competent Team Leader to manage one of the factory lines (process and people)
You will have previous experience within the food sector and will be responsible for all operational matters on shift and lead a team production operatives - your role will report into the Shift Manager.
People development through leadership and coaching will also be key. You will have an enthusiastic and hands on approach with the ability to take on extra responsibilities over time. A flexible, adaptable and positive approach will lead to success in this role.
