This role is based primarily Home Based with regular travel to other Elmfield and client sites
ROLE PURPOSE:
To manage the framework process, from learner start to certification through a team of Assessors. The Key Performance Indicators for this role are:
- Achievement of Starts Targets
- Achievement of frameworks within funded timescales
- Recruitment, retention and management of staff
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:1.To own and manage a client contract or contract area
2.Recruitment, selection and appraisal of assessors
3.Performance management of the assessment team
4.Setting and reviewing of learner recruitment, retention and achievement targets for assessors
5.Work with the Scheduling and Training teams to ensure that learners are booked onto and attend development sessions for key skills and technical certificates
6.Comply with organisational processes and ensure that your team meets the requirements laid down by ‘Standards and Curriculum’ and ‘Quality’
7.Support the Standards and Curriculum team with the development of new programmes
8.Liaise & escalate issues to both Elmfield management and core contract management (where applicable).
