Our client, a highly reputable voluntary organisation within Social Care are currently expanding their Highlands operation which currently provides a comprehensive services for looked after and accommodated children that aims to radically improve long term outcomes for these service users.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the services at all times to achieve positive outcomes for service users while covering Service Delivery, HR/Training, Resource Management, Information and Communication and Quality Management.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates with proven senior management experience ideally gained while working with looked after and accommodated children. Candidates will hold ideally a Management qualification and a Diploma in Social Work or equivalent .
