Job Role

As a Project & Programme Manager you will be fully accountable for London patch of clients with also an EMEA remit. Your role will require you to work with international blue chip companies that have a UK base but also numerous locations abroad. Your role will be varied and exciting with overall responsibility of putting in place the strategy and implementation of a complete Facilities Management programme with operations strategies, Design Reviews, future planning, maintenance reviewing and the development of and overall `Total Facilities Management` Solution(s). As well as this you will have overall accountability for Transition Programme Management, which is role based within the on-site team, designing, developing, implementing and transitioning the FM services into the new client
Ideally a proven Project & Programme Manager in a Facilities Management or Corporate Real Estate advisory background. You must be based, or prepared to live in the London region to be considered. You will have good formal education backed by a good degree from a top university in either a facilities management subject or construction/ project management. As an individual you will be an exceptional people manager who delivers results through building long term client relationships and with progression great teams.
