Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to work within one of UK's largest Blue Chip organisations?? Our Client specialises in property and infrastructure services. My client is seeking a Project Accountant to join a busy team. The Project Accountant will be responsible for:
-Supporting Project Managers and assessing project profitability
-Managing contract variances with the project managers
-Updating project forecasts in line with revenue & cost variances
-Financial support and advice to business
-Identifying income maximisation and cost saving opportunities
-Updating monthly forecasts with the Profit Centre Manager
-Preparation of month end reporting pack
-P&L
The Project Accountant will be CIMA or ACCA qualified with excellent academics! along with experience of working within large corporate company environment. The Project Accountant will have demonstrable analytical and organisational skills along with proven client face to face experience. You will have strong Project Accounting background along with good Microsoft office skills especially advanced excel, ideally, must have experience with SAP or other similar accounting software, you will have experience in budgeting, forecasting and a good understanding of costing & pricing in a commercial environment. The successful candidate will be self motivated, positive and able to see the 'big picture'!!! Some travel to London offices involved.
