This supplier of distinctive furnishings has a number of showrooms in the UK and abroad, offering rich weaves, luxurious velvets and opulent wall coverings. They can also accommodate exclusive commissions, collaborating with the designer or architect to produce specific requirements and special orders. They are currently seeking a Creative Projects and Merchandising Co-ordinator for their Head Office with regular travel in and around London, the UK and overseas. You will be designing and co-ordinating photo shoots, source props and upholstery etc, designing and installing showroom and exhibition displays and creating mood boards, plans, elevations and illustrations freehand and in CAD. The ideal candidate will have experience in interior design, home ware merchandising and visual display design with good project co-ordination under time pressure. You must be able to demonstrate drawing and/or CAD skills, mood board creation and simple image manipulation packages, have excellent written English and hold a UK driving licence.
