Our client is an electrical engineering consultancy, with its electrical
utility background, adding value to a project by combining a sound base of
traditional engineering skills with a strong understanding of the competitive
and economic pressures existing in today’s environment.Offering consultancy and project
management services from scheme feasibility through to project implementation.
Due to expansion they are currently seeking a Project Manager with
experience in Electrical Transmission.
Requirements:
-You will have suitable experience of
earthing issues and standards associated with power networks up to 400kV
-Experience of working in substation
earthing systems (400kV)
-Knowledge of Earthing / Lightning
Protection /LV Supplies for aerial installations on transmission towers, Overhead
line tower footing resistance measurements
Protection Maintenance and Commissioning
-Experience of the full life cycle of a
project with good commercial background.
Candidates should possess a relevant qualification, preferably a
university degree and/or qualification leading to chartered engineer status and
membership of the IET.
You should also possess good inter-personal, written and verbal
communication skills.
