Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
Our client, a main contractor specialising in new build, refurbishment and fit out and currently seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager with extensive high spec residential experience - Grade II listed, etc ... You will be a client facing, have a good eye for detail and be committed the quality of high spec finishes. Working for a main contractor or recognised high spec resi contractor you will also be able to run the project as a number one on site, able to carry out meetings with subcontractors and 3rd parties ; the client etc. GOod paperwork skills are essential, along with the ability to carry out programming, planning and procurement where neccessary
The ideal Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will live within commutable distance of Cambridge as this is where the majority of the work will be.
