changes, and to consider whether such benefit should be limited

Analyse the possibility of moving to flexible admissions throughout the year as
a response to participation funding.

how a change in admissions policy is likely to affect the pattern of demand for
schools places through the year and consequently the predictability and size of
schools’ income.

Develop communication strategy to ensure information is disseminated to
providers to allay some of the fears that some providers may have about overall
funding
