Our Client
My Client is a specialised M&E Contractor with a serious presence across the South of the UK. With an increased turnover through the recession year of 2009 they have continued to win specialist projects across all sectors and are therefore looking to expand and strengthen their team.

The Role
Due to expansion and having seen a strong period of growth my clients focus is now on increasing profitability and therefore the need for an experienced and focused Mechanical Projects Manager has arisen.

Reporting to the contracts manager and senior contracts manager you will be responsible for overseeing the management and operational aspects of all M&E contracts allocated to you.

Key responsibilities will include;

Manage projects with M&E value of up to £5million


Ensure that existing customers and potential new customers receive a quality, focussed service and product.

Manage all Site managers and engineers within your allocated contracts. Including training, support and development.

Manage and report on finances within your projects.

This position would suit an experienced M&E (Mechanically biased) Project Manager with varied Building Services sectors experience. A proven history of completed projects is essential for the role.
