My client is a world class engineering consultancy who require a seasoned PM to work on high profile emerging projects.
Duties:
*Provide technical and commercial support to Owners, Developers and Lenders throughout the project life cycle.
*Project due diligence for lenders and developer mergers/acquisitions
* Project Management and Technical lead
* Assist clients to negotiate turbine supply and maintenance contracts
* Evaluation of site performance testing, guarantees, liquidated damages, wind measurement and resource assessment.
*Proposal preparation and follow-up
*Supervise other team members and manage work flows.
Skills
*Proven technical abilities in the wind and/or biomass sector.
*Experience in due diligence work for lenders and developer mergers/ acquisitions
* Self start Project Manager with proven abilities to take the Technical Lead and deliver to client satisfaction.
* Proven experience in client support for renewable vendor supply contracts.
*Working knowledge of industry software ed. Windpro, WAaP, Windfarm, Mathcad
*Articulate with good reports writing skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Experience of other renewable technologies
* Degree level education or equivalent
*Chartered Status
