Leading corporate communications and branding agency are looking for a freelance digital project manager to start in December for 4-6 months. Ideally you will have corporate reporting online experience so that you can 'hit the ground running'.
Key responsibilities
- Plan the projects and scope the work including the writing of project briefs, proposals, job costings and programme plans in coordination with the Client Director
- Ensure Client Director/Client Manager is kept informed of critical developments in client relationships
- Resource project and anticipate ongoing requirements, alerting Client Director/Client Manager of issues
- Participate in the creative/strategic development work to ensure presented work completely addresses brief
- Lead internal team to keep projects on track and ensure clear interaction with the clients
- Carefully monitor project budgets continuously alerting Client Director/Client Manager and other relevant senior management of any issues related to fees/costs
Key skills and experience required
- Experience of project managing and delivering online annual reports
- 2+ years experience in the communications industry, agency-side
- Ability and credibility to manage an internal team
- Strongly computer literate with excellent command of project management software
