Hills Waste Solutions Ltd offers an extensive range of waste management services to businesses and local authorities across Wiltshire, West Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.
The development department has a vacancy for a project manager to expand its established and successful team.The main purpose of this role is to project manage and support specific PFI/PPP bid submissions.
The successful candidate will be required to research and recommend potential tender opportunities, manage PFI/PPP bids from start to completion and support other development team members and projects. The ability to project manage whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal staff and competitors is essential.
Knowledge of the waste industry is required and in particular we are looking for an individual with experience in bidding for local authority waste collection contracts.
This is a senior post and candidates must be able to demonstrate their abilities in examples of achievements made in similar roles.
In addition, Hills Waste Solutions Ltd is developing its waste treatment and energy recovery infrastructure and would like to hear from people with good communication and interpersonal skills who are confident, ambitious and innovative and have a strong commercial ability with a track record for having achieved at senior management level.
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
