To support the project team to develop and deliver a defined project in a specified area. The nature of the project & thus the experience needed will vary according to the service area, however, the temp will be expected to maintain systems and processes necessary for tracking, planning and execution of projects, prepare and developing project related documents and support senior project members in consultation, risk management and project delivery. Candidate Profile · Experienced in industry standard Project Management Principles, Tools and Methods. · Experienced in Project Life Cycle, Benefits Tracking and in key Change Management Practice. · Experienced in supporting large complex projects and inter-project relationships · Excellent communication skills · Good report writing skills Health and Safety · Understanding and appreciation of health & safety issues in an office environment. This role will require a good knowledge and understanding of housing issues and ALMO, RSL or other housing service.
Description of role- Carry out project administration, research and general administrative duties for Client Management & Performance and the Local Services Local Choice Project*
- Produce high quality reports, correspondence and minutes with minimum supervision and to deadline
- Ensure action points are followed up and delivered on time and that documentation (electronic and paper) is stored securely and maintained regularly
- Provide a full range of administrative and support services for Client Management & Performance and the Local Services Local Choice Project
- Deal with enquiries and members enquiries in person and by phone in a professional, confident & positive manner, in accordance with Ealing Homes policies & standards on customer engagement, and ensuring that urgent action is taken where necessary
- Diary management for Client Management & Performance and the Local Services Local Choice project
- Co-ordinate and manage project plans, ensuring that effective performance review systems are in place, including monitoring of progress, production of reports, highlighting problems or exceptions and liaising with responsible officers
- Act as a team player who can work with different levels in the organisation
- Ensure that presentations, documents, spreadsheets and reports are produced to a high standard using the appropriate software
- Set up and maintain management systems, databases, spreadsheets and other computerised or manual records ensuring the highest level of organisational efficiency
- Carry out research into good practice using a wide range of sources
Person Specification- Excellent IT skills in Miscrosoft Word and Excel and an ability to use Access and Project
- Good understanding of customer service
- Able to build strong workining relationship internally and externally
- Willingness to go the extra mile to get things done and take pride in delivering good service

- Excellent discipline in managing own workload
