Intermediate Planner (BSF)
London
Up to £45k
Our client has had successive tender wins for major projects and now requires the assistance of an intermediate planner to join their team. You will be responsible for project planning on a variety of projects ranging up to £60m in value, working alongside a senior Planning Manager
The Client
Our client is a major contractor that has a number of offices across the UK. They have a turnover of over £300n per annum. They have a particularly diverse portfolio and their projects including commercial buildings, schools, hospitals and residential work.
The Role
Due to recent growth, our client requires a Intermediate Planner. You will be working under a senior planning manager, with extensive opportunities to expand your construction portfolio. You will be challenged by working on a variety of prestigious and high level projects including schemes under the BSF frameworks.
Essential skills:
-You must have construction sector experience of at least 3 years
-You will have extensive planning experience working within the construction/building industry
-It would be advantageous to have a construction related degree of HND level or above.
Remuneration:
For the successful applicant, our client will offer remuneration of up to £45,000 per annum + pension and healthcare.
