My client is a regional social housing contractor, they have offices all over the UK. My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to be based from the North Wales office. All applicants must have both refurbishment and new build social housing contracting experience.

Welsh speaking candidates with a local knowledge of the area will have a significant advantage. The North Wales branch which is the branch they have staffing requirements is a new office. This office has opened because of an upturn in work. The start dates for all jobs will be January 2010.
