Our Client is a leading Corporate Interior Solutions provider, offering Interior Design, Project Management, space planning and full turnkey solutions in the corporate fit out environment and due to expansion, they need to strengthen their PM team, with a Project and Contracts Manager.
The role will require you to take full control of projects from design through completion, working closely with the client, internal departments and external contractors.
The core areas where you will need to have a demonstrable record of delivery are programming, contracts management and negotiation, site and subcontractor management and client liaison.
Ideally you will have previous office fitout experience, working either for a contractor or consultant, with local market experience essential.
The client profile of the company is predominately Fortune 500 type companies, so in addition to the core job competencies, the successful candidate will need to be well presented, with business level written and spoken English.
