Job Role

Manage Electrical contracts throughout the UK
Projects will range from Schools, Hospitals, Retails and Office refurbishments
Working with clients on a daily basis and negotiate with subcontractors and their works packages
Able to work with the design and estimating teams to produce winning tenders
Hold full financial responsibility of every project they manage

The ideal candidate is Birmingham Based
They have a track record of loyalty with the company`s they have worked for throughout their career,
Candidates who have moved many times in their career will not be considered.
Managed projects from £50k through to £4m, they are not looking for major contract project managers.
Proven ability of finding new way to save money in the construction process without sacrificing quality
They must be able to build strong relationships which clients find easy to work
They need to be fully commercially aware of all finances in projects carried out in the past
Have a track record of finding new ways to generate business
Holding a relevant Electrical qualification is required
Well Established Birmingham based Electrical Contractor,who have been working as both principal contractor and for the major contractors throughout the country. Turnover circa £35m
Negotiable Depending on experience

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
