Due to continued growth our client, a leading provider of commercial finance solutions, currently requires a Collections Administrator to join their growing property team.
Reporting to the Head of Collections you will be responsible for managing and recovering the indebtedness within existing property development portfolio's. You will also be responsible for liaising / negotiating with, and appoint where appropriate, professional 3rd parties to mitigate risk, protect the Bank’s security and minimise loss at all times.
Candidates need to have extensive experience in property development work outs and recoveries as well as ideally having some planning and land law knowledge. You also need to be experienced in delivering collection and recovery processes within dynamic collections environment.
In return our client is looking to pay a competitive basic salary of circa £45k as well as an excellent benefits and bonus package.
