We are now looking for a residential property/block Manager for our client. Our client has experienced continuous growth despite the market slowdown and they are now looking to recruit an additional Property Manager for their team.
Your role and responsibilities will be varied but will include:-
* Regular attendance on site, meeting contractors and residents
* Carrying out service charge budgets
* Carrying out major works and cyclical repairs to properties in your portfolio
* Attending some AGM's
* Liaising with internal property managers and accounts staff
* Building relationships and problem solving
* Dealing with health and safety issues on site
This role would suit a determined and experienced residential block manager who has the ability to communicate at all levels. IRPM qualification would be beneficial but it is more important that you have the drive and energy to be pro active in this role and look towards progressing your career with our client.
