My Client is looking for an experienced Property Sales Negotiator to work in their established Estate Agents branch in Leeds.The ideal candidate for this role will have Negotiator and Estate Agency experience.The role in brief will consist of:
Arranging viewings / property valuations
Cross sell in-house services, conveyancing and mortgage services
Regular vendor contact
Competitor checks
Accompanied viewings when required
You will be able to display personal drive and initiative, obtain good organisational and time management skills, a reasonable degree of IT literacy and have an enthusiastic approach.Overall you will be extremely well presented with excellent self motivation and be a team player.A driving licence will also be required for this position.
Initially this is a 9 month contract however this could become a permanent full time position
