My client is looking for a housing maintenance expert to lead on reactive repairs within their organisation. This is a 'hands on' role with responsibility for the effective management of reactive repairs, including a requirement to undertake inspection visits to diagnose defects within resident's homes.
Your experience will include extensive knowledge of maintaining housing stock together with a flair for managing key performance data and budgets in a busy service sector.
Based in their offices in Peterborough you will manage a portfolio of properties from Kings Lynn to South Cambridgeshire - the post will be for a contract period of 4 months.
