Our client, a global asset management firm; dedicated to development and the pursuit of excellence, requires an Analyst to join its Business Consultancy function. The role will provide analytical services to the growing European Property function and will include the analysis and interpretation of the property business's requirements and the production of set analytical reports for projects and/or smaller initiatives. The role will also play a primary part in system implementations of various solutions to support the property funds management business and will also assist with rationlisation of the Pan-European property IT and systems roll out. To apply you will have gained an understanding of Property through working in Property Asset Management, possess experience in a business analysis role including business process change and technology change experience (3-5 years) and be able to demonstrate, good problem solving, relationship management and communication skills.
