City centre based full service law firm are looking to recruit a Team Leader to work within their busy Property Department. Duties will involve supervision of a team of Paralegals, allocating work to the Paralegals on a day to day basis, absence management, disciplinary, appraisals and training. The ideal candidate will be a Paralegal with expertise in Commercial Property or Residential Property, excellent people skills, proven supervisory skills and a strong character.
