Purchasing Services Managers
Due to continued success and expansion, this market leading foodservice business are looking to appoint a number of Purchasing Services Managers, with the view to improving the service and efficiency provided to their customers. South East, paying up to £60k + market leading package.
Due to continued success and expansion, this market leading foodservice business are looking to appoint a number of Purchasing Services Managers, with the view to improving the service provided to their customers.
These high profile positions will sit between teams and ensure best practice across purchasing, supply chain, marketing and operations.
Amongst others, your key responsibilities will be:
-Supplier rationalisation.
-Support changes across the supply chain.
-Preparation of the division for business change.
-Communication of division compliance, including action plans.
-Specification and product rationalisation.
-Assisting product development.
-Resolution of road blocks to compliance.
-Acting as the first point of contact to clients.
-Analysis of spend.
-Financial impact analysis for any business changes.
To be the successful applicant, you must have proven, functional experience of leading change, operational experience with a strong knowledge of supply chain and project management experience. You must be customer relations driven with advanced knowledge of SAP, Excel and Data Warehouse. You must be analytical in nature, with the gravitas to present a business case and influence decision makers at all levels.
Tenacity, teamwork and a track record of delivering results are a must.
Foodservice experience is preferred, although other experience from a consumer facing market will be considered.
