My Client, a Cosmetics and Fragrances Company based in Norfolk is seeking a QA Lab Manager on a permanent basis.
Salary: Circa 25k
Title: QA Laboratory Manager

Job:
§Quality control / Quality Assurance of components, bulk and finished goods
§Continues Improvement
§Supplier auditing to ISO and quality system
§Operation of laboratory to highest standards of GLP and safety.
§Management of a laboratory responsible for placing finished products on the market
§Empowerment and building of high performing team
§Part of working group to design ISO training package for site
§Preparation of quality operating reports
§Investigation of quality non-conformances using root cause analysis methodology, preparing and monitoring action plans to completion
§Improvement in finished good ‘blocked lot’ percentages
§Improvement in ‘non conforming’ bulk percentages
§Quality management and auditing of suppliers and sub-contractors (UK and abroad)
