QA TECHNOLOGIST
MIDDLESEX
£20000 pro rata monthly
YOU MUST HAVE FOOD INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE ARE
Responsibilities:
1.Technical KPI's - Review and Interrogate
2.Quality Management System - Complete Quarterly audit and agree corrective actions and implement changes as required.
3.Technical Compliance - Carry out full complaint investigation within 7 working days.
3.Technical Compliance - Complete all factory (inc recipe) audits
4.Factory Standards - Drive Technical Standards within operational area of responsibility.
5.Pest Control - Manage Pest Control and agree corrective actions & Complete follow up audits as required.
6.Product Coding - Complete weekly audit of product coding.
7.Technical Paperwork - Design and maintain.
8.Technical Consumables - Manage Probes / MD Stick / Swab / Other consumable and order replacement / repairs within limits of budget.
9.Any other duties as agreed with the Quality Assurance Manager.
