Responsibilities :
* Direct the preparation and implementation of the project QMS (quality management system)
* Determine and establish quality objectives
* Prepare and implement the quality plan and the subsequent QA/QC procedures
* Review (continuous) of the quality management system and make adjustments as required
* Conduct internal audits and follow-up with proper documentation and corrective actions
* Interface with appropriate departments on problem resolution, NCR and changes
* Planning and guidance of all QA/QC personnel
* Assure that adequate training of QC personnel is done to ensure optimum utilisation of inspectors
Requirements:
* Experience as a QA/QC Manager within a construction environment
* Proven track record as an internal ISO 9001 auditor
* Solid people management skills
* Ability to read, interpret and apply engineering drawing requirements
* Excellent knowledge of applicable standards
* Excellent PC skills (MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS access, MS outlook, MS visio, …)
