Working for a Manchester based Social Housing Contractor youwill have experience as a QS within the housing market working for a main contractor in a role where you liaise with clients and manage sub contractor companies and labour. You may be in a role that is limiting your ability to gain enough exposure to the role of QS and will be looking to join a business that believes in the need to develop its people and have a strategic succession plan.
You will have worked in a similar role and will have proven relevant experience in the residential or care sectors and will be looking to join a contractor who have a place on many local framework agreements and that have the ability to win work via its contacts and excellent reputation in the d
