My Client is a leading Debt Management Organisation who are looking for a Quality Analyst with an in depth understanding of specific data held and data manipulation tools and reporting facilities available. They will be responsible for developing and delivering relevant statistical analyses in order to develop information services.
Duties will include:
*Use of existing databases and design of new databases as appropriate to manipulate data received from suppliers and to extract data in the specified format required for loading onto the site *Produce analyses to support reporting to the client and the team *Provide user input to the design and development of automated reporting processes for relevant information to gain maximum benefits from using reporting and analysis software e.g. Oracle database, Business Objects, SQL queries, MS Access, Excel and OLAP tools *to monitor relevant data quality standards by collating data produced from data quality reports and other control procedures *Provide expert analysis, advice and assistance on all aspects of relevant data, and the service provided
Essential Skills:
Analysis - *Strong analytical and requirements gathering skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues predominantly around data quality
Interpretation of results - *B e able to interpret results from the analysis, apply the results to the given problem and suggest conclusions to be drawn
Presentation of Results - *Ability to analyse, manipulate and present complex information in an easily understandable and useful manner via written and verbal communication.Able to confidently manipulate and format data into the required formats using tools including Oracle - SQL, Business Objects, MS Access and Excel-Experience of MS Office applications *Extensive knowledge of databases and their manipulation *Ability to understand design of existing databases and modify/ maintain them as necessary, as well as designing new databases including use of SQL
