Qualified / QBE Accountant
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join an expanding accountancy firm in the heart of North Wales. This is a well established business that is going through an exciting period of growth, offering real opportunity for career development.
Your role will involve taking responsibility for the following;
• Preparing and finalising accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships
• Preparation of management accounts and management information
• Calculating draft business tax calculations
• Working to tight deadlines and billing targets
The successful candidate will be;
• Familiar with preparation of VAT returns and VAT workings
• Have good systems knowledge, i.e. Excel, Sage or demonstrate potential ability and confidence to learn a system and assist client when necessary
• Experienced with exposure to audits
Although not essential the following is desirable;
• Exposure to Charities format
• Familiar with CIS
• Experience of cashflows and forecasting
• Previous experience of liaising with HM Revenue & Customs
• Experience of managing and planning audits
• Managing and supervising junior members of staff
