Our client is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to cover a secondment in the Community Adult Reviewing team in the Newcastle area.
Duties will include reviewing care plans of service users who may be vulnerable and have complex problems and those who circumstances may place their personal liberty or safety at risk. To call case conferences and chair meetings as appropriate. To have the competency in or ability to develop skills in a variety of work methods associated with the reviewing of the care plans of service users.
Experience within the field is desirable, but candidates must be registered with the GSCC and hold the relevant social work qualification.
