My client is looking for experienced Children and Families Social Workers. The specific client group looking is a Fostering Team. Candidates will need to have experience in a Fostering team and the duties that come with it. Duties would include the following:
To carry out assessments on foster/adoptive parents.
Collaborating with colleagues during assessments to ensure that children and young people are placed in appropriate foster care.
Working alongside a placement panel to up hold the highest standard in matching children and young people with foster/adoptive parents.
A Social Work qualification is essential, this may be one of the following (CQSW/CSS or Dip. SW)
You must be GSCC registered.
As stated in the salary description, the salary for this post would be variable dependant on experience. The hourly rate will be between £22 - £27.50 ph.
