QUALITY ASSURANCE AUDITOR
LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS TERMINAL
MILFORD HAVEN, SOUTH WEST WALES
This company, which owns and operates the largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) regasification terminal in Europe is now looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Auditor to join them in Milford Haven.
Reporting to the Environmental & Quality (E&Q) Manager, the Quality Assurance Auditor will maintain and coordinate the improvement of the company`s Management System (TMSI). You will provide advice and guidance to the E&Q Manager on levels of system and process compliance and identify opportunities for improvement in relation to the TMSI. You will plan and lead TMSI Internal Audits in line with requirements of ISO Management Systems and champion the benefits of an integrated management system and consistency of approach across the organisation. Furthermore, you will engage staff in the development and integration of key operational and support processes to deliver an integrated management system across all business standards including ISO9001/ ISO14001 and ISO18001.
The successful candidate will be HNC/HND qualified in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering and have extensive Quality Assurance expertise, with a proven track record in operational audit disciplines, ideally including the oil and gas industry. A strong Quality Auditor, you will have qualified as a Lead Auditor for a number of years. Knowledge of Environmental and Health and Safety Systems, ISO14001/18001 is essential.
Highly computer literate, you will have a good knowledge of MS Office programmes, including Powerpoint, Word and Excel. You will also need an excellent understanding of technical documentation and the ability to liaise effectively with all staff.
This position is on a twelve month contract which may be extended.
