Salary is between £15,000 - £30,000 negotiable for the right person
Opportunity;
Your role as a Quality Assurance Technologist Textiles / Hard Furnishings will involve increasing customer satisfaction by managing the QA strategy to deliver safe, quality product that maximises sales and profit.
You will ideally come from the hard furnishing textiles industry where you will evaluate products to ensure safe, reliable quality merchandise is supplied and manage problems with minimal impact on the critical path.
You will work very closely with cross functional departments as well direct liaison with customers to identify and anticipate customer’s needs and ensure they are met.
To apply for the Quality Assurance Technologist Textiles / Hard Furnishings role you will have the following:
·Customer focused.
·Able to grasp information quickly and thinks creatively about a problem.
·Understand the importance of team working and be an excellent communicator of technical information.
·Must have effective negotiating/influencing skills.
·Excellent time and risk management experience.
·Relevant QA experience.
·PC literate in Word/Excel/Outlook.
·Ideally have textile industry experience and preferably hard goods experience.
