An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quality Complex Supplier Assistant Section Manager to join a well established organisation in Swindon. The role is to assist the Section Manager in the performance of the complex supplier function within the Quality department.
Your key duties and accountabilities of the role will include;
- Liaise with suppliers and external inspection
- Ensure Quality Standards are maintained in accordance with Customer requirements
- Liaise with other departments
- Oversee the complex supplier QC Team
- Work closely with other managers to ensure project execution is within the desired outcomes
- Planning and development of a team
- Reporting on a regular basis to Board level
- Experience within a production environment
- Experience of problem solving
- Experience within a mass production quality control department would be an advantage
With good communication skills you will have the ability to work in a high pressurised environment and possess experience of meeting deadlines. You will also be flexible and motivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
