As a Food Quality technician you will work within a laboratory environment and process and test raw materials in line with company and Food Standard Agency procedures. You will sample and assess solid and liquid product and communicate information to the production team, distribution, customer services and logistics teams as appropriate.
You will ensure the maintenance of a safe and hygienic laboratory including all equipment and environment, you will write, distribute and document all results and customer communication and maintain detailed records including certification documents.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a food production environment, you will also possess excellent written and oral communication skills. This is an ongoing Temporary position which may result in a one year fixed term contract.
