Main Function
The role involves working in the company's office in Leeds, covering:
Production of high quality commercial research and consumer insight for clients (ad/brand tracking, ad hoc projects, strategy development)
Managing the quant' team
Responsibility for growing and improvement of company's online panels
Quantitative research design including robust sampling and analysis
Development of successful proposals
Effective project management
Management of staff
Development of relationships with clients
Development of quality analysis, reports and presentations
Personal attributes:
A passionate and conscientious individual who is able to manage project work and generate business, motivated and have an eye for detail.
The role will report to the head of Agency, and will sit alongside the head of Qualitative Research.
Experience
We are looking for at least six years experience in quantitative research, specifically in conducting commercial market research for brands and others. An understanding of the commercial sector and the clients needs is essential , as is a specialism in designing quantitative research and sampling. The ability to effectively manage projects and oversee the demands placed on other staff are also key attributes. Previous work or research with young people would be an advantage, as would an ability to demonstrate an interest in youth issues outside of the work environment.
