Salary: £11,595 - £29,243
>> You have an all round knowledge of all aspects of Quantity Surveying on a variety of projects and have reasonable post qualification experience. As well as having an HNC or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or substantial experience in pre and post contract Quantity Surveying duties you also have the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary design team environment. The ability to travel within Aberdeenshire is also essential.
>> You will be required to provide effective delivery of a quantity surveying and a project management service to clients.
Job Purpose
>> Assists the members of the Quantity Surveyors section with the effective delivery of a quantity surveying and project management service to all clients.
Main Tasks
- Provision of Cost Estimates
- Provision of Advice on the Economics of a Project and the Preparation of Cost Plans
- Preparation of Contract Documentation
- Provision of Post-Contract Services
