Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering - Circa £35,000 plus package

My client now requires a proven and dedicated civils quantity surveyor to deal with all commercial aspects of project delivery from pre-start to final account stage and be part of the Commercial Team servicing North Wales
 
You will be required to take responsibility for the commercial aspect of projects awarded under Framework Agreements and Competitive tender on NEC, ICE and JCT contracts.
 
Duties will include
 
-Preparation of forecasts, valuations and final account submissions
 
-Issuing sub-contract orders and verifying sub-contract accounts
 
-Preparation of early Warnings and Compensation Events
 
-Evaluation of Microsoft Project programmes and factors affecting changes to the scheme programme.
 
Suitable applicants should hold a relevant qualification combined with practical experience gained within the civil engineering arena. You must have experience of target cost contracts and knowledge and understanding of NEC3, ICE and JCT Contracts.
