UAE Location
Well established, and one of the leading Quantity Surveying practices in the UAE and the Middle East, this firm currently requires an experienced MEP quantity Surveyor.
The company is renown for providing specialist commercial construction services to the construction industry in Dubai and the UAE. They have over 200 employees, and have a portfolio of prestigious projects including Dubai World Central International Airport at Jebel Ali and projects on Palm Island. Other projects include a range of building, infrastructure, civil, interior design and petrochemical projects.
Role responsibilities include:
- Providing the full range of pre and post contract quantity surveying duties, through to financial reporting and the settlement of final accounts.
- You will be site based and working on some of the most renowned projects in the area.
You will have 10 years experience in the industry, previous experience working in an MEP Quantity Surveying role, and previous experience working in the Middle East. You will also be tertiary qualified, RICS membership is favourable.
